Spa Policies
The following policies are used by Sol Day Spa to ensure that each guest has a relaxing and memorable experience at our spa. They are also used to promote each guests' rejuvination and well-being.
Reservations
When traveling to a resort spa, book your treatments well in advance of your arrival, if possible. Spa treatments tend to book up quickly. Reserving ahead will ensure that you're able to make the most of your spa experience and receive the treatments you really want at the times that work best for you.
Spa Hours
Winter Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. seven days a week
Summer hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. seven days a week
Cancellation Policy
The treatments you select are reserved for you. To avoid being charged for the service(s), please notify us at least 5 hours in advance if your plans change.
Cell Phones/Pagers
In consideration of fellow guests, please turn off your cell phones and pagers while in the spa.
Children
Anyone under the age of 18 must have a scheduled appointment and be personally receiving a treatment if they join you for your services.
Gratuities
Appreciation to your professional staff member is at your discretion. Satisfied guests typically add 15-20%".
