We stayed at Kutuk Condos. I left my phone charger plugged in with the cord lying on the carpet one day. Unbeknownst to me the maid accidentally got the wire caught in the vacuum when she came by to clean. I learned of this when someone from the front desk came to our door that afternoon with a brand new replacement charger. I was and am impressed with this thoughtfulness and hope you can find the person who took the initiative to make this happen to say thank you from me and to recognize their outstanding customer service.

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Marshall [Last Name Omitted] and today I had a very pleasant experience working with a Andrea from your office.

I needed 2 reservations.

The first, a 1 bed condo for my wife and myself for Feb. 22-29, plus airline tickets.

The second, a 2 bed condo for myself and friend for Mar.13-17, no airline tickets (we went on points)

I must say that she made the whole experience extremely easy. She took the time to check many different flight combinations and prices, and to assure me that the condo she booked us in, was very nice and we would be happy there. 

She was so professional and efficient; it was a pleasure working with her, and your firm.

I would not have any reservations about recommending your firm to anyone.
