Saturday 3/28
Nature Valley NASTAR National Championship – For the fourth consecutive year, Steamboat Ski Resort will host the Nastar National Championships, the world’s largest recreational ski and snowboard race program, March 26-29. Come and cheer on Christie Club Members, Melanie Halliday, Rusty Corwin, and the Mitchell’s boys as they compete for gold! Races are being held on numerous runs on the lower mountain.

Nordic Fest – Hakan Memorial – 7th Annual benefit Event, benefiting up and coming local skiers.  The theme of the day is Futuristic Viking. A fun day of skiing and games for all ages and abilities with family and friends, costumes and more costumes, and featuring ……The Prodigious Pig Roast.
Ski Touring Center – 10:00am – Admission by donation

Emerald Mountain Snowshoe Tour - Meet at Emerald Mountain for a two hour snowshoe tour.
10:00am – noon - $12.00 per person

Come Let’s Dance – Put on your dancing shoes! Dance to live music by the Hazel Miller band. Art Auction, original paintings on canvas painted by orphans in Uganda.  A Special performance by African Dancers.
Heavy Appetizers, Cash Bar, benefiting Orphans in Africa.
Steamboat Sheraton Grand Ballroom – 7:00pm – Midnight - $120.00 per person

Sunday 3/29

Depot Art Center - A free docent-led tour of the art exhibits at the Depot Art Center. - 2:00pm

Monday 3/30
Duplicate Bridge – Available every Monday night at 6:00pm. All are welcome.
Yampa Valley Electrical Association – $7.00 entry

Open Mike Night – Become a star! Open Mike night is every Monday Night at Mahogany Ridge Brew Pub. Sign up- is at 8pm, with the show starting at 9pm.

Tuesday 3/31
Story-times for Toddlers – ages 2-3years –
Bud Werner memorial Library – 9:30am – 10:30am

Ski with a Naturalist – Meet at the Why Not trail at the top of the Gondola.
1:30pm –2:30pm – Free

Learn to Skate – at the Howelsen Park Ice Arena.
4:00-4:30pm – Free

Wednesday 4/1
Story-times ages 3-5yrs - Bud Werner Memorial Library – 9:30am – 10:30am.

Thursday 4/2
Uranium Mine Snowshoe Tour – Join a Yampatika naturalist on a snowshoe tour that follows the rim of the Fish Creek Canyon. Bring water, a snack and snowshoes if you have them. Snowshoes can be rented from Yampatika for $10.00. -  871-9151 –

Friday 4/3
Kids Jib Jam  - Open to all ages and abilities. Waivers must be signed upon entry.

Bud Light Rocks the Boat Concert Series – featuring Ryan Shaw – This 26 - year –old singer/songwriter from Decatur, Georgia is out to revive the passion and soul of the Golden Age of Rhythm and Blues for a new generation.
Base of the Mountain - 3pm -
