Great Snow
Thursday, December 20th, 2007Mother Nature has Steamboat square in her sights this week. The forecast calls for snow through Christmas - with accumulations of up to 2 feet predicted.
The storm system has been deemed “significant” by the National Weather Service with the heaviest snowfall expected between Thursday night and Saturday night.

Friday, December 14th, 2007Smart locals are out skiing this morning. Steamboat was blanketed last night with another 6 inches of Champagne Powder overnight. The mid-mountain base is nearly 3 feet, we have received 85 inches total snowfall this season and the forecast call for more snow tonight.
