Steamboat for a month or two in the summertime. Steamboat Resorts offers a monthly
vacation program from June to September each year.
More than just a condo! Many resorts offer discounted monthly lodging, but here at Steamboat
Resorts we have gone one step further, offering you a special program to help make you comfortable
in your vacation home and experience Steamboat from a "locals point of view". Professional
coordinators offer an exclusive program of planned activities available only to those staying with Steamboat Resorts.
There are many fun activities including fishing and golf trips, tennis outings, scenic walks, lectures,
and out-of-town excursions to places like Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park, historic Central
City for some good old-fashioned gambling, and sightseeing trips to other well-known resorts like Aspen and Vail.
A variety of choices at a price you can afford. Steamboat Resorts offers monthly program packages at ten
distinctive vacation properties ranging from moderate to deluxe, including:
Ptarmigan,
Ski Inn,
The Lodge,
Timber Run,
Yampa View,
Kutuk,
Dulany,
Canyon Creek,
LaCasa and
Waterford Townhomes.
However, the most exciting thing of all, is that you can enjoy a fully-equipped 1 to 4 bedroom condominium and
a professionally coordinated activity program for less than the nightly rate you would generally pay for a motel
room in most other destinations. People regularly comment on what a great value this program offers. Steamboat
Resorts would like to invite you to come experience the Summer Monthly Program for yourself.
This program combined with a summer community calendar filled with special events offers you a value that no
other Colorado resorts can provide. In addition to our exclusive activities program, our monthly rate also includes:
 Fully furnished, deluxe condominiums

All utilities, including cable tv

Each of our condominiums is decorated and furnished by the
individual owners. Additional furnishings cannot be provided by the Management Company.
Our summer weather is delightful... warm days and cool nights with very little humidity make our climate
ideal! We've compiled a suggested clothing list for our very casual lifestyle. Jeans are accepted in all
of our restaurants!

Most summer monthly guests drive their own cars. However, Steamboat Springs Transit (SST), operated by the City
of Steamboat Springs, provides free bus service throughout the community every 30 minutes.
Steamboat Resorts' Shuttle Service is provided for specially organized group activities for Steamboat Resorts'
monthly guests during the summer. We offer transportation for Steamboat Resorts fishing trips, golf outings,
scenic tours and out-of-town trips. We do not offer on-call daily shuttle service around the Steamboat Springs
community during the summer months. The Steamboat Springs Transit (SST) can be used for these services.
What is the altitude of Steamboat Springs?
6700 feet in town, 6900 feet at the Mountain Village and 10,000 feet
at the surrounding peaks
What are the average day and night temperatures?
Day = 80-85 degrees, Night = 50 degrees and very low humidity.
When will we find out if we have a unit?
We will notify you in April, once each of our condominium owners
has communicated whether or not their unit will be available for summer monthly program rentals.
Can we bring our pets?
Sorry, no pets are accepted at any Steamboat Resorts property.
What is included in the price of our monthly rental?
Cable TV, local phone calls and all of your utilities are included. We
recommend using a calling card for your long distance calls.
What housekeeping services are available?
Your unit is completely cleaned prior to your arrival. Most of our monthly
visitors take care of their own units during their stay. There are charges for additional housekeeping services, and
costs are available at your Front Desk. No housekeeping deposit is required, and you do not need to clean your unit
before departure.
